IQF Frozen at Peak Quality

Individual quick freezing locks in nutrients, colour, and flavour — giving food processors and retailers a consistent, year-round supply.

Technology

What is IQF & Why It Matters

Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) is the gold standard for frozen produce in food manufacturing and retail. Unlike block freezing, IQF processes each piece separately in a blast tunnel at -35°C, ensuring every unit retains its shape, texture, colour, and nutritional profile.

The result: product that defrosts without clumping, that looks and tastes as close to fresh as frozen produce can be, and that delivers consistent weight and calibre for industrial users.
